My name is Samuel E Howard
I have lived in Colorado all my life and have been into trains since I was a little kid.
I have rode all the operating railroads in Colorado and have jeeped to most of the now abandon places like Alpine tunnel and Boreas Pass and Hagerman Pass.
I railfan when ever I can. My favorite place is the Joint Line from Denver to Colorado Springs thru Palmer Lake. Never leave home without a scanner.
I started taking pictures of trains as a hobby in the early eighties
I use a Nikon D80 with a 8mm to 135mm lens setup and filters an also a 75 to 200mm lens setup and filters.
I use Corel Paint Shop Pro for my photoshop
I print my own photos on an Epson 1400
